Position Description:
Comply with all company rules and regulations;
Under the leadership and supervision of superiors, regularly complete quantified work requirements and be able to independently handle and solve assigned tasks;
Responsible for daily procurement work, including inquiry, ordering, contract review, and delivery tracking with suppliers;
Follow up on the implementation of orders, strengthen communication and coordination with suppliers and internal relevant departments, and ensure effective execution of orders;
Archiving and analysis of procurement data;
Timely coordinate and resolve supply and quality issues arising from procurement materials, production use, and customer service processes;
Complete all other work assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or above, in relevant majors such as chemical engineering, logistics, trade, and procurement;
Good spoken and reading ability in English;
Proficient in operating computer office software, especially Excel;
Strong ability to withstand pressure, data-sensitive, and logical;
Good professional ethics, diligent, steady, meticulous, highly responsible, and possess a spirit of teamwork.
